One-Pan Chicken & Veggies
Prep time: 15 min • Cook time: 25 min • Serves: 3–4
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups broccoli florets (see ingredient)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange chicken and veggies on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle with oil and season well.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
